Red hair waved due to the strong and cold wind, more snow began to fall by every minute. She was freezing, almost shivering, yet she refused to shift. The cave that she had been calling ‘home’ for a few months, had to be somewhere around here. It had to be.
Unexpectedly, a scent hit her, it was familiar yet it wasn’t? It was mixed with something she could recognize.
Should she go after it?
Alaskah shook her head at the thought, it was getting dangerous being out here, she had to find some sort of shelter before the snow started to cover her path. It was already getting hard to walk through it.
He watched the winds unfold and the snowflakes fall, driftin from the heavens down to cover the earth in a brilliant blanket of white. The first days of winter were always the harshest, the foundations of the season being laid down, celebrating the end of autumn and the beginning of snow days and laughter from excitable children. The solitude his job provided was nice, at times, but the spirit found himself craving the company of another, the loneliness giving way to darkened thought.
He could sense the presence of another, but paid it no mind, the creature - human-like, but not fully - probably of no threat, or unable to see him at all.
